Get to Know Us

All orders are inspected, with inspection possibly requiring opening of boxes, before shipping out from our facility.  We do this to ensure quality of product.

All returns must be shipped, at buyers expense, back to our facility in Rocky Mount, NC.  Ship date from buyer back to The Porcelain Slab Co. must be 30-days from original date of receipt.  Any used sinks are not eligible for refund unless agreed to by management with acceptance of said return provided in writing.  Any broken or damaged sinks must be reported within 48-hours of delivery to allow for proper claims to be made.
